Haskell is quite peculiar in this respect, but we are generally aware of
build problem.
Reports to d-haskell at lists.debian.org are helpful (we might have
overlooked something), bug reports are overkill given the usually
transient nature of the problems.

In a way, there is always a haskell transition going, we even have a
