I did a rebuild of ganeti against the modified package and it seems to 
work fine.  But let's be a bit conservative: I can also test the new 
ganeti minor version (2.12) that has more haskell+SSL code and we can 
upload the "fixed" version early next week.

Note that I didn't test any of the other packages build-depending on 
libghc-curl-dev, but I'll try to do so in the meantime.
