Bug#807389: haskell-hslua: no longer builds on architectures without luajit

it seems that hslua supports a configure flag "-fluajit" that goes
together with "-fsystem-lua".

Our patch messes with that options, but it looks like it would be
possible to use luajit conditionally.

Any volunteers?
