yes, that would be desirable, and we have an autopkgtest for that:
http://ci.debian.net/packages/h/haskell-yesod-bin/
but that did not prevent breakage, partly becaues autopkgtest failures
are far to easy to miss.

In the future I hope we can integrate the scaffolding package in our
package plan at
http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=pkg-haskell/package-plan.git;a=summary

I’ll look into it once the freeze is over.
