[Pkg-haskell-maintainers] Bug#776148: hledger: new version available that does not use imprecise floating point values

hledger 0.23.3 is a bit annoying when it comes to
entering new data with fractions, because it uses
Double values to store the amounts. 0.24 switches
to Decimal which will improve the experience.
