Bug#797782: gtk2hs-buildtools: contains bogus /usr/share/doc/ directory

I've also noticed that bustle has:

	/usr/share/bustle/LICENSE
	/usr/share/bustle/data/bustle.ui
        /usr/share/bustle/data/dfeet-method.png
        /usr/share/bustle/data/dfeet-signal.png
        /usr/share/doc/bustle/README.md
        /usr/share/doc/bustle/changelog.Debian.gz
        /usr/share/doc/bustle/copyright
        /usr/share/doc/x86_64-linux-ghc-7.8.4/bustle-0.4.8/LICENSE.gz

so that might be worth another "affects:".  Mind you, I expected
the vaguely similar /usr/share/doc/bogusname cases I reported as
#797529 and #797679 to turn out to be related as well, and instead
apparently the latter is deliberate.
