Bug#811554: haskell-hslua: luajit arches out of sync

I notice that luajit in experimental now builds on arm64, so you may
also want to add that to the lists in debian/rules and debian/control.
I would put a comment in each file reminding to update the other one.

To better handle this long-term, you may want to change from a
whitelist to a blacklist, as it would be a shorter list now:

Release arches without luajit yet:
  ppc64el, s390x
Other arches without luajit:
  alpha, hppa, mips64el, ppc64, sparc64, x32

Some arches have never built haskell-hslua:
    m68k, powerpcspe, sh4
I would let those, and future new arches, default to being luajit
arches.  That way they stay BD-Uninstallable until luajit is ported or
the porters specifically ask to make haskell-hslua build without luajit.
I think that's more maintainable long-term.
