Missing correct version of libghc-enclosed-exceptions-dev and libghc-enclosed-exceptions-dev on debian unstable

Hello Maintainers,
I'm currently unable to install libghc-enclosed-exceptions-dev on sid
because of:
root at moksha:/home/ja# apt-get install libghc-enclosed-exceptions-dev

libghc-lifted-base-dev-0.2.3.6-95d2e is an older version of
libghc-lifted-base-dev, which is binary incompatible with all other
dependencies that rely on the current version, which is
libghc-lifted-base-dev-0.2.3.8-59abe.
