True, but Joachim was looking for a mechanism which would determine
automatically whether libluajit-5.1-dev was available or not so that
we don't run into the same problem that we have now after I asked
Joachim to change the Build-Depends.

The current approach means both debian/control and debian/rules
have to be kept in sync manually - which I don't find problematic
though.
