Bug#832250: ghc-testsuite: please enable hp2ps tests

Hi,

It looks like we are missing some of the tests as Ghostscript is
not in Build-Depends:

  /bin/sh: 1: gs: not found
  setting LC_ALL to C.UTF-8
  "gs" -dNODISPLAY -dBATCH -dQUIET -dNOPAUSE ../config/good.ps
  GhostScript not available for hp2ps tests
