Sorry. I dropped this issue until today.
I don't know detail of Cairo engine. Does it fall back Latin font, if
it doesn't find specified font (in this case, Noto Sans CJK J)?
By right, I should create some option to choose fonts. However this
tool is a quick hack. I would not like to give it much time. If it can
fall back, I should suggest fonts-noto-cjk.
