Bug#870629: haskell-skylighting: FTBFS on arm64: /usr/bin/ld.gold: internal error in fix_errata_and_relocate_erratum_stubs

Dear Maintainer,

skylighting does not build on arm64, due to a linker error[1]:

This is likely due to #830540; The workaround according to #830540 is to use
ld.bfd for linking. I'm filing this as a separate bug, since it currently
prevents pandoc from building on arm64 and there is a workaround that can be applied (hopefully).
