Bug#856173: For XMonad.Prompt.Shell the use-x-www-browser patch does not modify the documentation

Debian patches XMonad/Prompt/Shell.hs so that when the $BROWSER
environment variable is not set, getBrowser returns "x-www-browser"
rather than firefox. However, the documentation annotation above the
function definition is not patched. This is important as the html
haddock documentation (in libghc-xmonad-contrib-doc) is generated from
this annotation.

I think that the Debian patch should be something along the lines of
the attached one. (I have not added the patch headers.)

This follows on from bug #553330 though since it is old and closed,
I'm filing a new one.
