Bug#880518: haskell-xml-hamlet: unsatisfiable B-D: libghc-xml-conduit-dev (<< 1.5) but sid has 1.5.1-1

Hi all,

FYI, this is resolved in the 0.4.1.1 new upstream release of
haskell-xml-hamlet, which is a microrelease to fix this exact problem in
xml-hamlet.cabal.  Packaging the new upstream version and dropping the <<
versioned dependency solves this bug.
