Bug#892004: xmonad: Adapt to gnome-settings-daemon 3.28

xmonad includes a GNOME Flashback session file for easy login to a
GNOME Flashback session using xmonad. gnome-settings-daemon 3.28
has removed one of its plugins (functionality is provided by mutter instead)
and the session file will no longer work.

Please modify debian/gnome-flashback-xmonad.session to remove
org.gnome.SettingsDaemon.A11yKeyboard;

Please make this change soon or else we will need to NMU your package
when we upload gnome-settings-daemon 3.28. We have not set a date for
that upload yet, but gnome-settings-daemon 3.27.91 is in experimental
now if you want to test your package with it.
