Hi,

there is also libghc-cabal-dev, where an insufficently versioned
Conflicts already exists.

Please update to

Breaks:
 libghc-cabal-dev (<< 2.2.0.1+),
Replaces:
 libghc-cabal-dev (<< 2.2.0.1+),

(the correct Provides are already in place)
