This script is loaded from the network:
https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/mathjax/2.7.0/MathJax.js?config=TeX-AMS-MML_HTMLorMML

I suspect this violates some policies, but also it makes it very
annoying to open that page in a web browser locally when there's a
broken internet connection that might take a long time to time out the
http request, or might hang for minutes in a DNS lookup.
