Hrm, failing about once per month does not strike me as particularly
flaky. But you are the one dealing with test suite failures and package
migration, so I am happy to defer to your judgement about what counts as
flaky.
I cannot dig into the flakiness problem myself -- I have just been
trying to keep git-annex in Debian up-to-date with upstream, after some
time of no real maintainance -- so shall I just move the test suite from
autopkgtest into debian/rules?
It seems a shame to lose running the test suites on debci, but if it's
blocking other people's work then we'll just have to accept that.
