Bug#945013: haskell-gnuidn: Removal notice: unmaintained

This package seems to be unmaintained upstream[1]. Its last upload was
at 2015, and the home page[2] returns 404.

It is also not on Stackage and has no reverse dependencies (other than
haskell-network-protocol-xmpp, but see #945012).

I intend to remove this package. If there is a good reason to keep it,
please close the bug.
