Bug#968206: does not work with lts-15.3

lts-15.3 and lts-16.8 both fail with a http error.
Looks like the file it expects to find is not there.

Probably there is a new upstream version that changes the url in some
way, I see 2.3.3 is available upsteam but have not tried it.
