haxml: XsdToHaskell missing?

Hello,

  I am looking for XsdToHaskell and DtdToHaskell, actually was thinking
about trying out which one to use for coding a conversion in a hobby
project.

  I have found that XsdToHaskell is not delivered any more with package
haxml, however DtdToHaskell is there:
https://packages.debian.org/buster/amd64/haxml/filelist

  I what is behind? Is XsdToHaskell deprecated? are there any technical
issues around delivering it in the package?
