Justification: renders package unusable

Since GHC 8.0, IO is now an instance of Alternative, making this package
obsolete (see https://github.com/kazu-yamamoto/io-choice/issues/6).
Newer versions of mighttpd2 do not depend on it anymore, so there are
no rev dependencies left.

I intend to remove this package.
