Package: libghc-xmonad-dev
Version: 0.15-1
Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
I recently upgraded to Debian unstable on a new machine. One step in
setting up the system is getting xmonad running. Howeer this is made
more difficult since some additional modules needed to compile the
config file seem to be uninstallable at the moment. When I attempt to
install libghc-xmonad-dev, I'm met with the following output:
$ sudo apt install libghc-xmonad-dev

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libghc-xmonad-dev : Depends: libghc-x11-dev-1.9-14ff7
Depends: libghc-base-dev-4.12.0.0-a86a1 but it is not installable
Depends: libghc-containers-dev-0.6.0.1-b7319 but it is not installable
Depends: libghc-data-default-dev-0.7.1.1-96adc
Depends: libghc-directory-dev-1.3.3.0-40647 but it is not installable
Depends: libghc-extensible-exceptions-dev-0.1.1.4-1e168
Depends: libghc-filepath-dev-1.4.2.1-774a0 but it is not installable

Depends: libghc-unix-dev-2.7.2.2-dbe0e but it is not installable
Depends: libghc-utf8-string-dev-1.0.1.1-e1b76
Recommends: libghc-xmonad-contrib-dev but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
I do have other, existing machines that have the dependencies installed
and are able to compile the xmonad.hs config file fine. So perhaps this
is a regression that popped up somewhere in the stack at some point?
Thanks for any help!
:)
