I have see that the project homepage do not respond anymore:
https://www.cse.unsw.edu.au/~rl/code/strict.html

I think that the homepage is now:
https://github.com/haskellari/strict
https://hackage.haskell.org/package/strict

I think here there is a new version: 0.4.0.1
