Bug#985003: Wrong usage. The bug is in the manpage

Hi Thorsten.  This is not a bug in the shellcheck binary, but in the man
page.  The correct way to use GNU-style long options is with two leading
dashes, so you should type:
    shellcheck --list-optional

Probably the man page was written in a markup language that interpreted
the two consecutive dashes as code for an en dash.
