Hi Scott,

I believe you saw a temporary malfunction. The sources for
haskell-hspec-discover_2.7.1 built locally with haskell-devscripts
0.16.11 in unstable. The tail of the log is below.

The disruption was caused by an effort to make the current build
system compatible with Debhelper's dh sequencer.
