Dear FTP masters,

haskell-hgettext hasn't received any upstream updates since 2017. The 
package is also unlikely to be of any use in the archive, since to my 
knowledge it has no reverse build dependencies and it is of little use 
for development purposes by users. For these reasons I think it is best 
to remove the package from unstable.
