Dear FTP masters,

Please remove haskell-chell from all architectures in unstable. As of 
today, the package has been unbuildable for almost 2 years, which shows 
that there doesn't seem to be sufficient interest in the package to 
maintain it. Once #1011211 has been processed, the package should have 
no remaining reverse dependencies.
