Dear FTP masters,

haskell-dpkg can't be built against current versions of libdpkg. The 
upstream maintainer has indicated that they will not be able to fix this 
problem for a long time. The package currently has no reverse 
dependencies. Under these circumstances it is probably best to remove 
the package from unstable for now, and reintroduce it at a later time if 
appropriate.
