Bug#1015958: haskell-http-client FTBFS on IPV6-only buildds

I believe the reason this fails is not because of IPV6-only machine (it
would have failed on an earlier test if that was the case).

This looks like https://github.com/snoyberg/http-client/issues/169,
i.e., we are trying to read from a closed fd.

Since the package has now built on all architectures, I will lower the
severity of this and keep tracking it.
