Dear FTP team,

haskell-lua FTBFS on ppc64el and ppc64 due to a GHC bug [1]. Please
remove haskell-lua and all packages that dependent on it from ppc64el
and ppc64, to allow the Haskell transition to progress. Here is a list
of all the packages that should be removed from ppc64el and ppc64:
