Dear ftp team,

Please remove haskell-byte-order from 32 bit architectures, since it
depends on haskell-wide-word which FTBFS on these architectures (see
#1026212).

haskell-wide-word has been fixed and will support 32 bit architectures
once we upgrade to GHC 9.2.X.
