raincat doesn't depend on haskell-sdl anymore, so let's remove this
package, since:

  * It has no rev dependencies
  * It's not part of the latest Stackage LTS
  * Deprecated in favor of haskell-sdl2

Dear FTP team, please remove haskell-sdl from Debian.
