The attached patch is for GHC 9.0.2-4 (the version available in stable).
We have revamped the d/rules file in testing/unstable, in order to use
the new hadrian build system, and this patch does no longer apply.

Unfortunately, it's no longer possible to cross-build GHC, see
https://bugs.debian.org/910664 for all the details. Upstream is working
on fixing this.

I propose we close this bug report, until we are able to cross-build GHC
with the new hadrian build system.
