With version 9.6.6-1 on hppa, the following panic occurs building
haskell packages:

ghc: panic! (the 'impossible' happened)
  GHC version 9.6.6:
        link: GHC not built to link this way: LinkInMemory
  CallStack (from HasCallStack):
    panic, called at compiler/GHC/Driver/Pipeline.hs:390:22 in ghc:GHC.Driver.Pipeline
