I intend to remove this package. It is not part of Stackage LTS and its
dependencies are incompatible with the packages we have in Debian,
making it almost impossible to maintain it. (see #1054953 which has been
open for almost a year now).

Upgrading darcs to a newer version requires packaging
strict-identity, which appears to be abandoned upstream (no upload for
almost 10 years, no replies to issues/patches).

If you believe we should keep this package in Debian, please close this
bug report.
