nmu haskell-gi-pango_1.0.30-1 . ANY -i386 . sid . -m "Rebuild with libpango-1.0-0=1.56.1

Pango 1.56 added new methods which fails introspection using the current
libghc-gi-pango-dev.  Skipping rebuild for i386 as it was already
binNMU'ed after libpango-1.0-0=1.56.1-1 was uploaded to sid
