I have so far:
* written a replacement haskell-regex-pcre2 that works with libpcre2 and uploaded it to Hackage and sent a PR to get it into Stackage
* Packaged haskell-regex-pcre2 for Debian and patched haskell-regex for Debian only (since upstream uses a built-in variant by default anyway) and submitted an MR to the Debian Haskell Team
Any other packages that depend on haskell-regex-pcre should be able to port to haskell-regex-pcre2 unless they are heavily relying on options or semantics that changed from libpcre3.
