Bug#1101273: ghc: Pass the mcmodel=medium parameter to CC via GHC

Hello,
I committed the change on git, I don't plan to upload because I don't think we are making things better, specially with
freezes and RC bugs due to other releases.

If I understand correctly the patch, I also have to drop the manual mcmodel=medium passed to some packages, and I dropped such hacks.
