Bug#1121056: ghc: Reference to deprecated common-licenses BSD file

Please remove the /usr/share/common-licenses/BSD reference in
debian/gen_contents_index, which shall not be used anymore.
I am attaching a patch with the OSI's version of the BSD-3-clause.
