Bug#1117151: Please install examples to /u/s/docs/hledger*/examples

There are a number of upstream-provided useful examples that are
difficult for a user to find.  The CSV importation examples are
particularly useful.  Would you please consider including them?

In case you've also had a difficult time learning of their existence,
