Haskell Package distribution to APT repository [aeson-jsonpath]

Hi team,

I have my haskell package aeson-jsonpath
<https://hackage.haskell.org/package/aeson-jsonpath> which I want to
distribute on debian system via APT repository. I have already compiled the
.deb artifacts for the package and the `*libghc-aeson-jsonpath-dev`*
package is ready for distribution.

I am not an approved maintainer and would like someone from the team to
upload this on APT. I am sure there is a specific protocol and policies to
follow which I am eager to do. Please let me know what is required from my
end on this.
