Install only eclipse/configuration/config.ini
Change architecture for libswt3.1-gtk-java from "all" to
"any". Closes:#336316,#336338,#336389. Ubuntu #17580
Add patch to link the javadocs of eclipse against the classpath-doc 
package, but it is not enabled because of pending gjdoc bugs.
