    Update packaging to be the only SWT source in Debian.
    
    * debian/control: Improve description.
    * debian/NEWS.Debian: swt-gtk will be the only source of SWT libraries
    * debian/README.Debian: Notice SWT status.
    * debian/libswt-gtk-3.5-java.{postinst,prerm}: Remove, alternatives unneeded.
    * debian/libswt-gtk-3.5-java.links: Add links for /usr/share/java.
