    Make extended description of eclipse binary package more accurate (Closes: #655945)
    
    Enumerate exact contents of Eclipse SDK, removed strange note that many
    plugins will fail to install without eclipse-pde as package management
    must ensure that all components required by a particular plugin are
    always present.
