Exclude the C/C++ sources and the native build scripts from the jars

The resources of a bundle are everything in its source folders that isn't
a Java source, which also picks up the native sources of the bundles that
have one, and the makefiles and shell scripts driving their compilation.
None of them belong in the jar.
