gjdoc classpath source requirements

Hi,
  gjdoc recommends that claspath sources are always included in the
sourcepath for proper operation. To satisfy this, I've so far just
included them in the package (and so had a huge diff.gz). Obviously,
this is ugly. Does anyone have any better solutions?

(This is also why I haven't uploaded gjdoc to cvs yet - it was taking
too long when I tried)
