Bug#239797: #239797 ant: no longer cotains javah task

I also noticed it yesterday. But I actually found the javah task in 
another jar file: ant-nodeps.jar, which is in the /usr/share/ant/lib 
directory. The problem is, that:

#238674: Ant does not include files in /usr/share/ant/lib, contrary to 
the documentation

So, I think, this bug should be marked as a duplicate of bug #238674.
This is my first try to use the debians bts ;-)
