Bug#232874: [Build-common-hackers] Bug#232874: cdbs: [PATCH] support libant1.6-java

I'm planning anohter cdbs upload this week.  I have ignored all the ant
patches so far, since I don't know how to test them.  The ant folks
don't seem to have created a testsuite at all for cdbs.

If someone can step forward and so that they'll take the flak if the
patches are wrong, I'll cheerfully put them in for my upload (Probably
on Friday)
