libapache-mod-jk depends on apache, but apache-ssl and apache-perl
(which *should* provide apache, but don't, see debian bug #226373) don't
work.

There's now a new libapache-mod-jk package (1:1.2,5) in unstable which
should work with all Apache flavors:

$ dpkg -p libapache-mod-jk
Package: libapache-mod-jk
[...]
Depends: libc6 (>= 2.3.2.ds1-4), apache-common (>= 1.3.29.0.1), apache |
apache-perl | apache-ssl
[...]
